This role suits a proactive professional who thrives in bold transformation, builds partnerships, and enjoys leading large-scale strategic projects across multiple campuses.

You will provide executive support, manage complex priorities, and help drive improvements while working within a collaborative, on-site to hybrid environment at Kensington, NSW.

Qualificações

• Relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent experience or equivalent competence.
• Advanced written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
• Proven project management experience in higher education or equivalent.
• High level organisational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to liaise effectively with all levels of staff and external stakeholders.
• Advanced computer literacy and experience with Microsoft applications.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the Pro Vice-Chancellor Precincts to advance strategic priorities and deliver portfolio objectives.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and governance activities across the University and external partners.
• Provide high-level executive and operational support with briefing materials, reports and correspondence.
• Drive business improvement and organisational effectiveness; streamline processes.
• Monitor compliance and portfolio performance, supporting reporting and risk management.
