Job summary

University of New South Wales – Sydney NSW is seeking a Project Manager to join the Student Systems and Projects (SSaP) unit. This hybrid role supports the delivery of business-led strategic projects across the student systems landscape, translating strategy into delivery while ensuring governance and value realisation.

You will coordinate 3–4 initiatives at a time, lead across PM, business analysis, change and engagement, and report to the Manager, Student Systems (Projects).

Qualifications

• Previous experience in project or program management; industry-recognised project management certification desirable.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Experience managing large-scale digital or systems projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, governance and execution across 3 to 4 initiatives at a time.
• Coordinate delivery of student systems projects to ensure benefits realisation and alignment with institutional priorities.
• Provide leadership across project management, business analysis, change and stakeholder engagement.
