Job summary

UNSW is seeking a Project Manager in Sydney, hybrid at Kensington UNSW Campus, to lead delivery of business-led strategic projects within the Student Systems and Projects unit. You will ensure effective implementation, benefit realisation and alignment to institutional priorities across multiple initiatives.

Reporting to the Manager, Student Systems (Projects), you will translate strategy into delivery, oversee planning, governance and execution, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve

Qualifications

• Previous experience in project or program management.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Experience managing large-scale digital or systems projects.
• Knowledge of student administration processes and/or systems is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, governance and execution across initiatives.
• Coordinate delivery of 3–4 student systems projects at a time.
• Provide leadership across project management, business analysis, change and stakeholder engagement.
