Job summary

UNSW seeks a Project Manager within the Student Systems and Projects unit. You will oversee multiple initiatives, align deliverables with institutional priorities, and guide governance, planning and execution across the student systems landscape.

Reporting to the Manager, Student Systems (Projects), you will coordinate 3–4 initiatives at once, lead delivery, manage risk, and engage stakeholders to ensure sustainable, student-centred outcomes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in project or program management is required.
• Industry-recognised project management certification is desirable.
• Experience managing large-scale digital or systems projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through the full lifecycle, including planning, coordination, risk and issue management, governance and reporting.
• Oversee project planning, governance and execution across 3–4 initiatives concurrently.
• Lead change activities and stakeholder engagement to deliver student-centred outcomes.
