Job summary

The University of New South Wales in Sydney seeks a Senior Manager for Equity, Engagement & Partnerships to translate priorities into an integrated program of work across the Faculty of Science. You will lead cross‑functional projects and manage senior relationships to deliver impact.

You will build relationships across the Faculty and University, influence stakeholders, and guide a team to implement engagement initiatives with staff, students and external partners while upholding UNSW values

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field with extensive management experience in a complex organisation.
• Subject matter expertise in engagement, communications, partnerships, or equity, diversity and inclusion.
• Strong experience in strategic planning and delivering cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive integration and delivery of the EE&P portfolio across workstreams and teams.
• Lead planning, development and delivery of complex cross-functional projects translating priorities into operational plans.
• Provide high‑level advice to Portfolio Leadership Team and Faculty leadership on opportunities, risks and actions.
