Job summary

UNSW Kensington Campus is seeking a Project & Operations Officer to support the Greater China Partnerships portfolio, including CTET. You will coordinate daily operations, maintain project documentation, and prepare briefings for senior leaders.

You will work closely with the Head of Greater China Partnerships and other stakeholders, providing reliable administrative support, enabling timely reporting, and helping to keep complex partnerships on track in a flexible hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative and project coordination support in a complex organisation.
• Ability to prepare reports and briefings for senior stakeholders.
• Experience liaising with internal departments (Finance, IP) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities for the Greater China Partnerships portfolio.
• Manage project documentation and reporting.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders including Finance and IP to ensure smooth delivery.
