Job summary

Honeywell Building Technologies seeks a Senior Territory Manager for OT Cybersecurity to accelerate revenue growth across the Australian market. You will develop opportunities, lead integrated cybersecurity services and product solutions for the building sector, and establish Honeywell as a trusted partner in OT security.

You will manage strategic accounts, engage at executive levels, drive cross‑sell initiatives, and forecast opportunities while traveling across Australia as required.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualified (bachelor’s degree) in a Business or Engineering related discipline.
• At least 5 years industry experience in Operational Technology Cybersecurity and related fields.
• At least 7 years software and security sales within the enterprise market.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and industry drivers to develop strategies that deliver business outcomes and drive solution sales.
• Develop, own and lead sales in blended offerings aligned to Cybersecurity growth targets.
• Lead customer-facing proof of concepts and other sales motions to compete and close business.
• Executive level engagement with clients and provide expert advice on cybersecurity risk mitigations.
• Drive new customer acquisition, secure new logos, and expand cybersecurity business.
• Accurate forecasting of order commitments, growth opportunities, and sales activities.
• Manage client contacts for superior advisory and strategic account planning.
