Job summary

SIS Industrial Cyber Security is seeking a senior leader to drive OT/ICS cyber security engagements in Australia. You will lead delivery, mentor consultants, and influence senior stakeholders across engineering, operations, cyber and executives.

The role prioritises quality, credibility and client trust in critical infrastructure environments. As a regional specialist, you will shape standards, deliver across FEED cycles, conduct threat assessments and architecture work, and grow the practice

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on OT/ICS security expertise.
• Proven track record leading complex consulting engagements.
• Strong credibility with engineering, operations, cyber, and executive audiences.
• Willingness to own client relationships and the commercial side.
• IEC 62443 certification or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for delivery of complex OT / ICS cyber security engagements, to time, cost and quality targets
• Lead delivery across the FEED cycle, threat assessments, architecture and training services
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders across engineering, operations, cyber and executive leadership
• Provide technical leadership and peer review, ensuring outcomes meet SIS's quality and assurance standards
• Mentor and develop consultants, building team capability and professional growth
• Continuously improve ways of working, tools and methods across the practice
