You will work across teams, develop and maintain reports, and use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to enhance analysis and efficiency. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential for accuracy and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience with spreadsheets, reporting or operational data.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain regular operational reports.
• Gather, organise and analyse information from multiple systems and data sources.
• Build and maintain Excel spreadsheets, trackers and reporting tools.
• Assist with reporting on workforce performance, capacity, productivity and other operational metrics.
• Review operational data to identify trends, gaps and areas needing attention.
• Prepare clear summaries and updates for the Operations and Management teams.
• Maintain accurate operational records, trackers and documentation.
• Use AI tools to assist with reporting, analysis and admin tasks.
• Identify opportunities to improve or automate existing reports and processes.
• Assist with ad hoc reporting and data requests.
