Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced Occupancy Planner to shape how client workspaces are optimized across Australia and New Zealand, with potential involvement in Southeast Asia. You will lead data-driven occupancy planning, campus forecasting, and move coordination, partnering with facilities and planning teams.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data governance, and driving best practices in occupancy management to support evolving workplace needs in a dynamic real estate

Qualifications

• 5+ years of space planning, occupancy planning, workplace strategy, or corporate real estate management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel with pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with PowerPoint for client-facing materials.
• Experience with IWMS or similar data management platforms for space tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Organizational skills with ability to balance priorities and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop 2-3 year city/building level supply and demand models and scenario plans.
• Track space and occupancy data in IWMS and related tools.
• Analyze occupancy trends to optimize workplace efficiency and plan moves and campus forecasts.
• Coordinate tactical occupancy planning like space planning and stack plans.
• Collaborate with occupancy planning and facilities teams on moves and change management.
