You will provide executive support, coordinate strategic plans, and manage data integrity in Salesforce while aligning regional objectives with broader business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, executive assistant, or business support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive assistance including calendar management, travel coordination, and diary management for senior leadership.
• Support internal reporting requirements and ensure timely delivery of key updates.
• Maintain data integrity across Salesforce CRM with accurate deal, client and pipeline records.
• Coordinate strategic plans across APAC Data Centre team and align with Capital Markets.
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives and events to drive market presence.
• Champion standardisation and process improvements across tools and platforms.
• Support onboarding and knowledge sharing across the team.
