Job summary

JLL is seeking an Account Lead to oversee a key client account across Australia and New Zealand, driving facilities management excellence, vendor partnerships, and budget stewardship. The role blends strategic client relationship management with hands-on operational leadership to deliver safe, efficient, and high‑performing workplaces.

You will lead continuous improvement, manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems, and ensure regulatory compliance while guiding a team to achieve

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in facilities management.
• Experience managing operating budgets and financial performance.
• Proven track record leading vendor relationships and accountability for service providers.
• Strong understanding of facilities operations, maintenance, and workplace services.
• Knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic client relationships through proactive communication and reviews.
• Manage site operating budgets, financial processes, and forecasting with monthly reporting.
• Lead day‑to‑day facilities operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
• Oversee vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring performance and SLAs.
• Manage SDSK ticket lifecycle and coordination with users and vendors.
• Provide event support and coordinate with workplace experience and security teams.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analytics and process optimization.
• Develop and performance‑manage direct reports and nurture a service‑oriented culture.
