Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Sydney is seeking an experienced Occupancy Planner to shape how clients optimize their workspace across Australia and New Zealand, with potential involvement in Southeast Asia. The role sits at the intersection of data analysis, strategic space planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

You’ll lead the collection and analysis of business, occupancy, and space data to develop thoughtful recommendations that balance current needs with future growth.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in space planning, occupancy planning, workplace strategy, or corporate real estate management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data analysis techniques.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with expertise in PowerPoint for strategy decks.
• Experience with IWMS or similar data management platforms for space and occupancy tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; able to articulate complex concepts clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Develop 2-3 year city/building level supply & demand models and scenario plans.
• Track and manage space and occupancy data within IWMS and related tools.
• Analyze occupancy trends and utilization to optimize workplace efficiency.
• Lead tactical occupancy planning activities including space planning and block/stack options.
• Collaborate on strategic campus and building forecasts and identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with facilities management on moves, space audits, and change initiatives.
• Ensure smooth transfer of approved occupancy plans to MAC team and stakeholders.
• Support data quality governance and monthly/ad-hoc reporting for the region.
