Job summary

Figma in Sydney is seeking an Account Executive, Mid-Market to drive revenue and own a robust pipeline across mid-market accounts (500-2000 FTEs). You will partner with executives to enable enterprise-wide deployments and align offerings with long-term business goals.

Use value selling, build account plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance deals, grow existing relationships, and expand across multiple teams while maintaining outbound prospecting momentum.

Qualifications

• Experience closing software/SaaS sales with executives.
• Proven ability to meet revenue and pipeline targets.
• Experience selling to technical audiences at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage a pipeline of Mid-Market accounts to meet/exceed targets.
• Apply discovery and value-selling with key decision-makers (500-2000 FTEs).
• Align with executives on deployments and long-term roadmap fit.
• Develop account plans and multi-thread at senior levels for expansion.
• Manage a book of business and reduce contractions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to position Figma and drive deals.
• Advance executive relationships through in-person meetings and events.
• Represent Figma in Sydney and ANZ through meetings and partner opportunities.
