Job summary

EOS group in Australia is looking for a Master Scheduler to develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules across the Defence programs portfolio. This role ensures alignment between project delivery plans and contractual requirements, and requires exceptional analytical skills, stakeholder management, and a go-getter attitude.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of relevant experience, possess NV1 clearance or be eligible to obtain it, and be proficient in tools like MS Project and MS Planner.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain Integrated Master Schedules.
  • Develop and manage Project Schedules aligned with ASDEFCON.
  • Lead portfolio-level reporting using MS Project and M365 tools.
  • Monitor progress and provide insights on performance and risks.
  • Train Project Managers in using MS Planner.
  • Promote consistent planning and reporting practices.
  • Assess resource requirements to support milestone delivery.
  • Improve scheduling processes for increased efficiency.
  • Establish and embed PMO scheduling standards and governance.
  • Support change management activities.
  • Facilitate planning workshops to challenge assumptions.
  • Identify schedule conflicts and manage risks.
