Job summary

Projects Assured seeks an experienced Master Scheduler & Reporting Lead to join a PMO supporting a major Australian Government national security portfolio. You will manage the Integrated Master Schedule, consolidate multi-stream timelines and provide executive dashboards to inform decision-making.

In this critical role, you will work with senior leaders to maintain governance, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure delivery alignment across complex program streams in a national security

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) within large, complex programs.
• Strong program reporting experience within government, ICT, infrastructure or transformation environments.
• Expertise in dependency management, milestone tracking and schedule integration.
• Experience supporting executive, governance and assurance reporting.
• Strong analytical, forecasting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities.
• Experience working within structured PMO environments and governance frameworks.
• The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Previous Australian Government experience will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and optimise the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across the portfolio.
• Consolidate schedules, milestones, dependencies and delivery activities across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Monitor schedule performance, identify critical path impacts and support forecasting activities.
• Provide schedule analysis and reporting to support program planning and decision-making.
• Produce accurate, insightful dashboards and performance reports for senior stakeholders.
• Maintain visibility of key risks, dependencies, deliverables and resource impacts.
• Support governance, assurance and executive reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Delivery Leads and stakeholders to ensure delivery alignment across the portfolio.
