Downer Professional Services in Australia seeks a experienced Project Scheduler to drive the planning of complex Defence capability. You will partner with Product Managers and project teams to develop and maintain integrated schedules across acquisition and sustainment activities, turning detailed information into actionable insights for decision‑making.

You will coordinate six‑month planning horizons, track milestones and dependencies, and provide governance‑level reporting to support program

Qualificações

• Experience creating and maintaining complex project or program schedules.
• Strong understanding of milestones, dependencies and critical paths.
• Experience supporting Defence or similar complex projects.
• Ability to translate multiple workstreams into clear schedules.
• Attention to detail and proactive schedule maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, review and maintain detailed project schedules aligned with priorities.
• Keep schedules current through updates and progress monitoring.
• Develop Sustainment Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and six-month forward plans.
• Prepare scheduling reports for governance forums and stakeholder briefings.
