Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Project Schedules aligned with ASDEFCON contracting frameworks.
  • Lead portfolio-level reporting using MS Project, MS Planner, and M365 tools.
  • Monitor progress and provide insights into schedule performance, risks, and forecast impacts.
  • Train and support Project Managers in using MS Planner for team-level execution and tracking.
  • Promote consistent planning and reporting practices across the EOS Defence portfolio.
  • Assess resource requirements, including time, personnel, and materials, to support milestone delivery.
  • Improve scheduling processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish and embed PMO scheduling standards, templates, and governance.
  • Support change management activities to embed new planning tools and processes.
  • Work with Project Managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and dependencies.
  • Facilitate planning workshops to challenge assumptions and improve schedule quality.
  • Identify schedule conflicts and support risk management across project resources and budgets.
  • Ensure alignment between contractual obligations, delivery plans, and reporting.
Key Attributes
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and Microsoft Project (including critical path, baselining, and dependencies).
  • Skilled in interpreting commercial and contractual requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder influencing and coaching capability.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Initiative‑taking, “go‑getter” attitude with strong ownership of outcomes.
Experience
  • Preferred Certification PMI-SP / PSP.
