You will own integrated campaigns, drive member engagement and lead a high‑performing team while shaping how the organisation connects with clients.

Working with the Head of Brand and Marketing, you’ll craft campaigns across channels, manage budgets and governance, and apply data and insights to lift performance and ROI.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years' experience in marketing, communications or campaign management.
• Demonstrated success developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
• Proven experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Strong strategic planning capability with a commercial and analytical mindset.
• Experience using CRM systems, marketing automation and digital marketing platforms.
• The ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and manage competing priorities.
• Experience within financial services or another highly regulated industry will be highly regarded.
