Vorwerk Australia Pty is seeking a hands-on Communications Lead to join the Marketing team in Melbourne. You will craft messages that inspire action, lead field campaigns, and translate complex business information into clear communication across a fast paced organisation.

You will bring proven internal communications experience, people leadership and a deep understanding of audience behaviour to influence engagement across the workforce and customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in internal communications, employee engagement or organisational communications.
• Previous people leadership or team management experience.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation and behavioural drivers.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement communication strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver communication strategies to our field.
• Use consumer behaviour insights to design communications that influence engagement and action.
• Lead field communication campaigns from concept through to execution and measurement.
• Translate complex business information into clear, engaging and meaningful messaging.
• Facilitate workshops, education sessions and presentations with our sales force.
• Create communication plans addressing needs of different stakeholder groups across levels.
• Measure communication effectiveness and provide insights to improve engagement outcomes.
• Continuously identify creative and innovative ways to improve communication effectiveness and reach.
