Job summary

Intellect is expanding its Australian presence to expand corporate mental health benefits. The Market Development Lead will shape strategy, build differentiated offerings and convert opportunities into revenue, working with leadership and the Partnerships team.

You will own market insights, develop commercial routes to market and partner with product, clinical and operations to scale programs across insurers and employers.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5–12 years of relevant experience across management consulting, insurance, workers’ compensation, claims, healthcare, or commercial strategy.
• Experience advising organisations across Australia’s insurance, workers’ compensation or adjacent healthcare ecosystem.
• Proven ability to transform market insight into concrete priorities, propositions and commercial plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Market Strategy by mapping the insurance and workers’ compensation ecosystem and identifying high-value segments.
• Develop solutions and commercial models that translate customer needs into differentiated propositions.
• Build and convert commercial opportunities from discovery to pilots, engagements and revenue.
• Build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across insurers, employers, brokers and providers.
• Strengthen delivery and scale by defining operating models and coordinating cross-functional teams.
