This senior, hands‑on role collaborates with Intellect’s Australia leadership to build a scalable commercial model, pipeline and delivery capabilities for sustainable expansion.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years in market development, consulting or commercial strategy.
• Experience in insurance, workers’ compensation or digital health is helpful.
• Ability to translate market insight into actionable offerings.
• Credible with senior external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop the market strategy for Australia’s insurance and workers’ compensation ecosystem.
• Identify priority segments, use cases and opportunities with strong clinical and commercial value.
• Translate insights into differentiated products, services and propositions.
• Define pricing, contracting, funding and delivery models for different use cases.
• Build and manage a pipeline of priority commercial opportunities and drive customer discovery.
