The Market Development Lead will shape strategy, identify opportunities and craft differentiated propositions that drive revenue and scalable programmes.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of relevant experience across management consulting, insurance, workers’ compensation, claims, healthcare, occupational health, market development or commercial strategy.
• Experience advising organisations across Australia’s insurance, workers’ compensation or adjacent healthcare ecosystem is valued.
• Demonstrated ability to build propositions, partnerships, capabilities or areas of business from concept to implementation.
• Strong understanding of how the relevant ecosystem operates or ability to develop depth rapidly.
• Proven ability to move from strategy through to commercialisation and execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop the market strategy for Australia’s insurance and workers’ compensation ecosystem.
• Translate market insight into a focused development strategy and roadmap.
• Identify unmet customer needs and translate into differentiated propositions and commercial models.
• Build a qualified pipeline and lead customer discovery and co-design conversations.
• Own opportunities from engagement through proposal, pilot and revenue generation.
