Job summary

Intellect is expanding its Australian presence in enterprise mental health benefits. The Market Development Lead will shape strategy, develop differentiated offerings, and convert priority opportunities into revenue.

You will own market insights, pipeline development, and collaborations with product, clinical, and operations teams to deliver scalable programs. You will partner with Intellect’s Australia leadership and the Partnerships team to build market access, delivery capabilities and

Qualifications

Approximately 5–12 years of experience across management consulting, insurance, workers’ compensation, healthcare, or related fields.
Deep understanding of Australia’s insurance and workers’ compensation ecosystem.
Ability to move from problem definition and strategy to commercialisation and implementation.
Credible with senior external stakeholders across complex ecosystems.
Experience in mental health, psychological injury, injury management, or digital health is helpful.

Responsibilities

Develop the Market Strategy and identify priority segments and opportunities.
Develop solutions and commercial models with cross-functional teams.
Build and convert commercial opportunities from engagement to revenue.
Build strategic relationships and partnerships across insurers, employers, and providers.
Strengthen delivery and scale through pilots and staged programs.
