Intellect is expanding its Australian presence with a Market Development Lead to shape the growth of its corporate mental health benefits business. You will build the market strategy, identify priority opportunities, and convert them into revenue through partnerships with insurers, employers and providers.
The role spans strategy, proposition development, business development, partnerships and execution, requiring senior stakeholders engagement and cross-functional leadership to drive scalable
Formación
- 5–12 years of relevant experience across management consulting, insurance, workers’ compensation, healthcare or commercial strategy.
- Experience advising organisations across Australia’s insurance or workers’ compensation ecosystem.
- Ability to move from market strategy to implementation and measurable outcomes.
Responsabilidades
- Develop the Market Strategy with detailed understanding of Australia’s ecosystem.
- Translate market insight into a focused development strategy and roadmap.
- Build and convert commercial opportunities from engagement to revenue and scale.
- Develop partnerships and trusted relationships with insurers, employers and providers.
- Coordinate across product, clinical, operations, finance and tech teams to deliver programmes.
