Job summary

Downer Group, in partnership with Homes Victoria, is seeking a Scheduler to plan, coordinate and optimise work orders across planned and responsive maintenance activities. You will contribute to efficient scheduling and reliable service delivery for Homes Victoria and the communities we serve.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Facilities Management, Asset & Maintenance Management, or equivalent.
• Experience in work scheduling, service coordination or dispatch in facilities management or asset maintenance.
• Working knowledge of work order management systems and data extraction.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and schedule works in a dynamic environment.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule planned, responsive and urgent maintenance works in accordance with priorities and capacity.
• Prioritise and coordinate urgent and reactive work orders with timely allocation and escalation.
• Coordinate scheduling with suppliers and subcontractors to support service delivery outcomes.
• Maintain scheduling data in the work order system (Axion) ensuring data integrity.
• Provide scheduling data and insights to support performance monitoring.
