Job summary

dormakaba is seeking a proactive Service Scheduler to join our Melbourne-based service team. In this office-based role, you will schedule preventative maintenance across national service teams and handle related administrative tasks to maximise efficiency and meet contractual obligations.

You will manage planned maintenance work orders, monitor open and overdue items, coordinate with technicians and subcontractors, prepare reports, and support the reactive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling or coordination within a service-related field.
• Strong customer service focus with professional communication.
• Ability to analyse, prioritise and escalate when required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor Planned Maintenance work orders within required timeframes.
• Monitor open/overdue work orders, investigate delays, and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with agents and subcontractors for ETAs and month-end completion.
• Utilise dashboards and reports to monitor performance and identify improvements.
• Manage incoming calls related to Planned Maintenance and prepare required reports.
