Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, 3PL, contract logistics, warehousing or ecommerce fulfilment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to influence at multiple levels.
• Experience managing customer relationships in operationally complex environments.
• Excellent presentation, communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• Comfort presenting to senior leaders including General Managers and business leaders.
• Strong commercial acumen and a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Conduct regular client meetings, reviews and business updates.
• Act as the primary escalation point for operational and service-related issues.
• Manage customer onboarding and implementation activities.
• Ensure KPI, SLA and service commitments are consistently achieved.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare customer presentations, business reviews and proposals.
• Collaborate with warehousing, transport and customer service teams to ensure successful account delivery.
• Manage scope-of-work discussions and drive customer retention.
• Maintain accurate account plans, forecasts and CRM updates.
