Job summary

Kaizen Global Technologies in New South Wales, Goulburn, seeks an experienced Local Purchaser to manage end-to-end local procurement supporting facility and project operations. You will handle supplier sourcing, RFQs, commercial evaluations, PO creation, expediting and close-out to ensure timely, cost-effective supply.

Qualifications

• Experience managing local end-to-end procurement.
• Ability to source local and regional suppliers with competitive pricing.
• Strong documentation and reporting for procurement status.

Responsibilities

• Manage local procurement activities from requirements clarifications, sourcing, RFQs to purchase orders and close-out.
• Source and evaluate local and regional suppliers for pricing, quality, lead times and delivery.
• Raise and administer purchase orders with correct scope, pricing, approvals and terms.
• Monitor overdue orders and coordinate deliveries with warehousing, logistics and project teams.
• Maintain procurement records, supplier documentation and invoice reconciliation.
