Job summary

Kaizen Global Technologies in NSW seeks an experienced Purchaser to manage local procurement for a major infrastructure project, handling sourcing, supplier engagement, purchase orders and delivery coordination. You will RFQs, quotations, POs, supplier negotiations, and expediting; coordinate with Warehouse, Engineering, Logistics and Finance; and maintain procurement records.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in purchasing, SAP or ERP experience, and strong commercial and communication skills;

Qualifications

• 5+ years in purchasing/procurement.
• Experience with RFQs, supplier negotiations, POs and expediting.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong commercial and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage RFQs, quotations and purchase orders.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers on pricing and delivery.
• Track and expedite orders to meet project requirements.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Engineering, Logistics and Finance.
