Job summary

NorthStone Talent Partners in Sydney CBD NSW seeks a senior procurement professional to lead the operational and professional services sourcing for an express delivery network.

You will manage multi-category procurement, negotiate with suppliers, oversee contracts through renewal, monitor market pricing, and build a nationwide procurement framework with regional teams, while collaborating with Operations, HR, Finance, Legal and IT.

Qualifications

• Solid procurement experience in express delivery, logistics or e-commerce supply chain.
• Strong negotiation, contract risk management and cost analysis skills.
• Good English and Mandarin language proficiency for Group communications.

Responsibilities

• Procure express logistics operating supplies, packaging, engineering and vehicle needs.
• Source and manage professional services across HR, admin, finance, legal, IT and brand.
• Lead full supplier lifecycle from sourcing to renewal and performance reviews.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive savings while expanding the supplier pool.
• Draft contracts and negotiate price changes in response to market trends.
• Provide regional guidance and build nationwide procurement framework.
