Liebherr-Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join the People & Capability team and design modern, engaging learning experiences across Australia and New Zealand. You will partner with leaders, develop capability solutions, and manage learning initiatives from scoping through evaluation, including LMS administration and reporting on engagement and compliance.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Human Resources, Education or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience designing and delivering workplace learning solutions
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
• Experience consulting with stakeholders to diagnose capability needs and recommend solutions
• Demonstrated ability to manage learning initiatives from scoping through to evaluation
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and learning administration
• A passion for continuous improvement and innovative learning approaches

Responsabilités

• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to identify capability gaps and learning opportunities
• Consult with stakeholders to recommend effective learning and development solutions
• Design engaging learning programs using contemporary instructional design principles
• Develop blended learning solutions including digital learning, microlearning, workshops, toolkits and on-the-job resources
• Build practical development pathways supporting employee growth and career progression
• Coach leaders to strengthen learning transfer and development conversations
• Manage external training providers and evaluate learning effectiveness
• Support and administer the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Deliver reporting and insights on learning engagement, capability development and compliance
• Contribute to capability frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives
