The Northern Land Council is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to provide strategic leadership and governance oversight of learning, capability and workforce development across the organisation. Reporting to the General Manager Corporate Services, you will lead implementation and ongoing review of the NLC Learning and Development Strategy and ensure learning investment is aligned with organisational priorities, statutory responsibilities, workforce needs, regional service delivery and compliance obligations.
