Job summary

Newcastle Anglican is seeking a seasoned L&D professional to join as Learning & Development Advisor. You will collaborate with managers to drive the learning strategy, design and implement innovative learning solutions, and evaluate impact on performance and retention.

A culture of continuous learning will be fostered to support individual and organisational growth. Key focus includes proactive design, program development, and coaching leaders.

Qualifications

• Provide proactive business-focussed operational learning design and development advice that assesses current and anticipates future learning needs.
• Leverage SME to design and coordinate learning initiatives in line with Learning and Development framework and goals.
• Implement innovative approaches to learning design to enhance engagement and capabilities of staff.
• Coach and influence leaders to support implementation of learning programs.
• Capture and report key metrics and use analysis to develop effective solutions and value-add programs.
• Identify gaps in learning design and contribute to process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate learning initiatives aligned with organisational goals.
• Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to drive the learning strategy.
• Develop and evaluate innovative learning solutions to improve performance.
• Coach leaders and influence adoption of learning programs.
• Report on trends and metrics to inform improvements.
• Coordinate and evaluate learning IT systems and online offerings.
