Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Infrastructure) to lead end-to-end recruitment across major infrastructure projects. You will partner with hiring managers to define needs, craft compelling adverts, and build candidate pipelines.

You’ll source talent via LinkedIn and other channels, manage communications from application to offer, and maintain accurate ATS reporting to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience in the construction infrastructure or defence market recruiting project managers, cost managers or project controls specialists.
• Passion for recruiting and finding top talents in a challenging environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end to end recruitment process, from brief to hire
• Work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
• Write compelling job adverts to attract the best talent
• Utilise LinkedIn and other tools to source and manage a pipeline of candidates and to track / report performance
• Manage all communication with candidates from application/ approach until offer acceptance
• Update applicant tracking system to ensure for accurate reporting and hiring manager collaboration
• Build a Talent Pipeline in order to cover short and long-term workforce capability for the business
