Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Infrastructure Director to lead end-to-end delivery of major infrastructure projects across power, utilities, transport, renewables and water (ideally water). You will inspire a high-performing team, nurture client relationships and drive BD to grow our market presence.

The role requires 15+ years in the sector, residency in Australia with full working rights, and a strong consultancy mindset focused on outcomes and service delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Australia with full working rights.
• Degree in construction, cost management, engineering or project management.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in a similar industry.
• Extensive experience with utilities, power, transport and renewables projects.
• Strong business development experience and client-focused consultancy background.

Qualifications

• Must be currently residing in Australia with full working rights
• Professionally qualified in one or more of the following fields: construction, cost management, engineering or project management.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in a similar industry.
• Sound knowledge and understanding of the construction industry.
• Experience with major projects in utilities, power, transport, and/or renewables.
• Exceptional business development experience with a large network in the South Australia infrastructure market.
• Experience of working within a client focussed consultancy environment.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to work with staff at all levels
• Strong time management skills, quick thinking and resilience to deal with a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail with the ability to multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
