Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the end-to-end recruitment process within the infrastructure sector. The role collaborates with hiring managers to define needs, writes compelling adverts, and builds a robust candidate pipeline using LinkedIn and other tools.

The ideal candidate brings at least four years in recruitment or talent acquisition, with experience in construction infrastructure or defence markets, and strong written and verbal communication

Qualifications

• Professionally qualified in HR or Talent Acquisition.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for construction infrastructure or defence markets (project managers, cost managers or project controls specialists).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end recruitment process from brief to hire.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and timelines.
• Write compelling job adverts to attract top talent.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn and other tools and maintain a pipeline.
• Manage communications with candidates from application to offer stage.
• Update the applicant tracking system for accurate reporting and collaboration.
• Maintain knowledge of recruitment regulations and compliance.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and demonstrate commercial focus.

• Utilise LinkedIn and other tools to source and manage a pipeline of candidates and to track / report performance
