You will partner with leaders to understand priorities and develop people strategies, providing guidance on HR policies and Workday implementation, while mentoring Talent Officers and stepping in for the Talent Lead during leave.

• Demonstrated HR Business Partnering experience.
• Confident with HCM/HRIS, ideally Workday.
• Strong relationship-building, communication and coaching skills.
