Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to partner with business leaders and provide strategic and operational Human Resources support across the organisation. This permanent full-time role is based at our Victoria Park head office, and you will work across multiple teams and managers to align people strategies with business objectives and deliver value across the employee lifecycle.

• Generalist HR experience at a senior level.
• Experience in remuneration and benefits is desirable.
• Experience across resources industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end HR advisory services across the employee lifecycle including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, retention, succession planning, and offboarding.
• Build partnerships with operational leaders and corporate stakeholders, delivering pragmatic HR advice aligned with business objectives.
• Support development and implementation of HR strategies focused on continuous improvement, process optimisation, and policy development.
• Lead HR processes alongside remuneration and benefits, payroll, recruitment, L&D, organisational development, HR administration.
• Coach leaders in performance management, disciplinary processes, grievance handling, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution to ensure compliant outcomes.
• Partner with Finance, IT and Corporate Services to support workforce budgeting, headcount planning, HR reporting, and people initiatives.
• Prepare and present analysis of remuneration and other HR data to inform business decisions.
• Manage employee relations matters, investigations, complaints, performance concerns, misconduct, and disputes.
