Monash University is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner on a 12‑month fixed-term contract to support academic and professional divisions. The role focuses on coaching, advisory capability, and organisational design in a complex, matrix environment.

The position sits in a high-performing HR team, supports transformation, and emphasises digital-minded process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

• Strong ability to navigate a large, complex matrix environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic HR partnering and coaching to leadership across a faculty or division.
• Lead workforce planning, design, and change initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Manage complex employee relations matters within an EA framework and support investigations.
• Drive HR projects, process improvements and adoption of digital tools.
• Collaborate with CoEs and HR colleagues to deliver consistent services.
