Lactalis Australia is seeking an experienced HR Manager to partner with site leaders across Harvey Fresh and Forrestdale to drive business performance and sustain a high-engagement culture.

Reporting to the Site Manager and Head of HR - Industrial, you will deliver HR and IR solutions across the employee lifecycle, lead key initiatives, and act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders while aligning with Lactalis values.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as HR Manager or Senior HRBP.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, awards and enterprise agreements.
• Proven ER/IR case management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management, coaching and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead HR processes across the Harvey Fresh and Forrestdale sites.
• Act as first point of contact for HR, ER and IR matters.
• Coach leaders on performance management and employee relations.
• Lead Enterprise Agreement negotiations and union engagement.
• Liaise with Fair Work and other external stakeholders on industrial matters.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, talent and succession planning.
• Engage with Learning & Development to plan, budget and track training needs for the site.
• Proactively develop and implement communication, cultural and employee engagement improvement initiatives.
