Unilever in Tatura, Australia, seeks an HR Business Partner - Foods to lead HR strategy and advisory services for the Foods business. Based at the Foods Factory, you will partner with factory and head office teams to deliver end-to-end HR leadership, people strategy, performance and compliance.

You will drive cultural transformation, manage industrial relations, payroll compliance and site programs, while working with unions and senior leaders to achieve the Master Plan goals.

Formación

• HR generalist or business partner experience required.
• Experience in a factory environment and dealing with unions.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and compliance.
• Excellent communication across all levels of the organisation.
• Tertiary qualifications in HR or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Foods leadership to foster a high-performance culture.
• Design and deliver HR site priorities aligned to factory goals.
• Deliver HR processes, policies, and compliance.
• Support payroll accuracy and site HR budgets.
• Oversee health, wellbeing budgets and training activities.
• Manage industrial relations including grievances and EA negotiations.
• Coordinate union liaison and compliance with Fair Work legislation.
