Job summary

Saputo Dairy Australia is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support our Cobram and Kiewa dairy processing sites in Northern Victoria. The role requires regular travel between sites to provide hands-on HR support to operational leaders and to partner with site leadership on people initiatives.

Qualifications

• Generalist HR experience at Advisor or Business Partner level.
• Willingness to travel between Cobram and Kiewa to support on-site leaders.
• Strong experience handling employee relations in complex environments.
• Ability to influence, coach and build relationships with leaders.
• Exposure to industrial relations frameworks or unionised environments is advantageous.
• Experience implementing change, project delivery or organisational initiatives.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or similar.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leaders across Cobram and Kiewa, delivering proactive HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
• Coach and advise on employee relations matters including performance, investigations and grievances.
• Support employee relations in unionised/award-covered environments.
• Identify people-related risks and implement practical, business-aligned solutions.
• Support culture, engagement, performance and reward cycles across client groups.
• Facilitate talent management, succession planning and workforce capability initiatives.
• Contribute to HR projects, change initiatives and maintain accurate HR data and systems.
