Job summary

Randstad HR Partners is partnering with a well-known Australian industrial organisation to recruit an experienced Senior HRBP. The role covers multisite blue-collar environments with heavy ER/IR responsibilities and travel across intrastate and potentially interstate locations.

The successful candidate will deliver both operational and strategic HR solutions to business leaders, engaging stakeholders and driving change while partnering with onsite leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Approximately 6 years HR generalist experience in a similar, multi-site organisation with blue-collar exposure.
• Strong stakeholder management and capability in advising senior leaders on HR processes and policies.
• Extensive experience with employee and industrial relations, case management and ER/IR best practices.
• Proven exposure to end-to-end Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EAs/EBAs) negotiations.
• Willingness to travel intrastate and potentially interstate to meet business requirements.
• Onsite partner with senior leaders, boots-on-ground in multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with key stakeholders and lead HR initiatives across sites.
• Act as change champion aligned with business growth and transformation strategies.
• Consult with senior management on HR processes, policies and procedures.
• Lead and coach on ER/IR matters, including case management and legal practices.
