RSGx in Western Australia is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner based in Perth to support the General Manager - HR across the WA and NT regions. You will partner with project leaders to deliver strategic and operational people solutions, shaping workforce capability, engagement, and performance across multiple sites.

• Significant experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or similar generalist HR role.
• Strategic and operational HR advisory across multi-site environments.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, Fair Work, modern awards.
• Experience managing employee relations matters including investigations and disciplinary processes.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver people strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support the General Manager - HR across the Western Australia and Northern Territory region. Based in Perth, this role partners closely with operational and project leaders to deliver strategic and operational people solutions that support business objectives, workforce capability, employee engagement, and organisational performance. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle while fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture across the WA/NT region.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with project leaders across the WA/NT region to provide proactive human resources advice and support aligned with business objectives
• Provide guidance on employment legislation, modern awards, enterprise agreements, company policies, and HR best practices
• Drive employee engagement, culture, wellbeing, and diversity initiatives across the region
• Support performance and development processes, including goal setting, talent reviews, development planning, and leadership capability programs
• Analyse workforce metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations that support business decision-making
• Work closely with payroll, recruitment, and other support functions to ensure consistent and effective people outcomes
• Participate in investigations and provide recommendations regarding workplace grievances, complaints, and compliance matters
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and systems
• Support compliance with all relevant employment legislation, company policies, and governance requirements
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor across all levels of the organisation

Selection Criteria

Essential

• Significant experience in a Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Advisor, or similar generalist HR role
• Demonstrated experience providing strategic and operational HR advice in a multi-site or geographically dispersed environment
• Strong knowledge of industrial relations, Australian employment legislation, Fair Work requirements, modern awards, and industrial relations practices
• Proven experience managing employee relations matters, including performance management, investigations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver people strategies that support business objectives
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels

Desirable

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Employment Relations, or significant experience in human resources, industrial relations, employees relations will also be considered
• Experience supporting workforce operations within the resources, construction, engineering, maintenance, or industrial services sectors
• Experience working across multiple states and an understanding of state-based employment considerations
• Experience with HRIS, workforce management, and people analytics platforms
