Sharp & Carter is partnering with a well-established Not-for-Profit in Western Australia to recruit an HR Business Partner. You will work with regional and remote leaders to deliver strategic HR support across a diverse workforce and complex ER/IR matters.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor.
• Strong Employee & Industrial Relations capability.
• Knowledge of Fair Work, Awards and Australian employment legislation.
• Experience managing complex performance, conduct and investigations.
• Confident influencing and coaching leaders; healthcare/community services multi-site experience valued.

Responsabilités

• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, employee relations and people strategy.
• Manage complex ER/IR matters, investigations, performance and disciplinary processes.
• Coach and influence leaders to build people management capability.
• Support organisational change, workforce projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide end-to-end HR advice across the employee lifecycle.
