Accor is transitioning the Novotel Brisbane City Centre, seeking a commercially-savvy Business Development Manager to drive market repositioning in Brisbane's CBD. You will hunt for new business, cultivate elite partnerships, and position the hotel as the premier choice for corporate, wholesale, inbound, and event travel.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will own the top accounts, negotiate high-value contracts, and act as a brand ambassador for the Longevity Everyday wellness journey.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and business development experience (hotel or hospitality highly regarded).
• Industry-related post-secondary qualification or comparable learning preferred.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Familiar with hotel PMS and sales systems (Opera/Delphi exposure a major plus).

Responsabilités

• Own the Market: drive proactive business development across corporate, wholesale, inbound, and MICE sectors.
• Capitalise on the precinct: seize event-based opportunities and room-night acquisitions.
• Negotiate & win: lead high-level rate negotiations, presentations, and contracting with consortia and travel partners.
• Be a brand ambassador: promote Accor’s Longevity Everyday wellness journey to clients.
• Inspire & mentor: coach team members to foster high-performance culture.
