Job summary

Civica is seeking a Program Manager for its Health division in Australia. You will manage a portfolio of Private Health Insurance customers, acting as a trusted senior contact and aligning objectives with Product, Project Management and Engineering teams to deliver value-driven solutions.

You will forecast revenue, oversee delivery, manage risks, and collaborate across functions to ensure successful outcomes and long-term partnerships. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

Strong program management experience leading multi-workstream tech or SaaS programs.
Proven ability to manage portfolios and complex customer relationships.
Excellent stakeholder management and senior executive influencing skills.

Responsibilities

Own and manage a portfolio of Private Health Insurance customers, acting as trusted senior point of contact.
Translate customer objectives into value-driven solutions with Product and Engineering teams.
Forecast revenue, manage risks, and ensure delivery within timelines, scope and quality.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to align dependencies and reduce delivery risk.
Support customer retention and long-term strategic partnerships.
