Job summary

Civica, a GovTech leader, is seeking a Program Manager for its Health division to oversee a portfolio of Private Health Insurance customers. You will align business objectives with delivering value through collaboration with Project Managers, Product, and Engineering teams and travel as needed within Australia for program delivery.

This role demands senior stakeholder management, strong budgeting, and a track record of delivering complex multi-workstream programs in a regulated healthcare

Qualifications

Extensive program/portfolio management experience in tech or SaaS environments.
Strong financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

Own and manage a portfolio of PHI customers, acting as senior point of contact.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Product and Engineering to deliver solutions.
Forecast revenue, manage risks and ensure customer commitments are met.
Lead cross-functional teams to scope, deliver and optimize customer programs.
Drive customer retention and strategic partnerships.
