Job summary

Civica, a global GovTech software provider, is seeking a Program Manager for its Health division in Australia. You will lead a portfolio of Private Health Insurance customer programs, acting as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact while collaborating with Project Managers, Product teams and Engineering to deliver outcomes.

You will translate customer objectives into value-adding solutions, manage revenue budgets, forecast risks, and drive cross-functional delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong program management, portfolio management or senior project management experience in tech, software, SaaS or services.
• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs and customer portfolios.
• Excellent stakeholder management with ability to influence executive stakeholders.
• Experience working across Product, Engineering, Delivery and customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage relationships for a portfolio of PHI customers, acting as trusted senior point of contact.
• Understand customer objectives and identify opportunities for value-adding change.
• Own and deliver a defined section of the Services revenue budget.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of funded customer initiatives and bespoke development opportunities.
• Forecast revenue, manage risks and ensure commitments are delivered.
• Oversee delivery with Project Managers for timelines, scope and quality.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define and deliver customer solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to manage dependencies and reduce delivery risk.
• Support customer retention and long-term strategic partnerships.
